Riso integrale con tante verdure colorate e il tocco saporito di capperi e olive: una preparazione classica della tradizione italiana, che non tramonta mai e piace a tutti. Ideale per una pausa pranzo gustosa e leggera.
Naturalmente ricca di fibre. Senza glutine.
Ingredients
Parboiled brown rice 50% (rice, water, salt), carrots, peas, green beans, grilled peppers, celery, corn, champignon mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), grilled onion, green olives, capers, basil, chives. Gluten Free.

Pour the frozen rice salad in a non-stick pan with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon of water and a pinch of salt, if desired. Cover and cook for 4 minutes. Uncover and cook for 3 more minutes, stirring occasionally.

Microwavable bag – Place the sealed bag on a microwave safe dish with back sealing facing up. Insert in the microwave oven and cook for 6 minutes. After cooking remove the dish from the oven and wait 1-2 minutes before opening the bag. Pour the rice salad in a bowl and season to taste. Increase cooking time by 1 minute every 100 watt of lower power. CAUTION: do not open or puncture the bag before putting it in the microwave oven. After cooking the bag will be hot, touch it only at the ends.
