How to use it!
In a pan brown chopped garlic or shallot with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Add the frozen Risotto and spaghetti mix, cover and cook over medium heat for 7-8 minutes, stirring a couple of times. Uncover and cook for 4 more minutes over high heat adding a pinch of salt. SPAGHETTI: Cook 200g of spaghetti or pasta of your choice in slated boiling water, drain it firm and toss it in the pan with the dressing. Sautèe the mix for 1-2 minutes, stirring carefully. After cooking sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve. RISOTTO: In a saucepan brown chopped shallot or onion with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Add 200g of rice and let it become flavorsome stirring continuously for a couple of minutes. Add 1/2 glass of water and let it evaporate over high heat. Add the hot dressing, stir and cook the rice over low heat, stirring occasionally. If necessary add a little hot water and season with salt. When cooked add chopped parsley and serve.
