A nice seasoing to create tasty and spicy dishes. Orogel "Seafood Mix" combines the flavour of fresh tomato sauce and the special taste of crustaceans and fish. Ready in a few minutes to give you all the flavours of an Italian traditional sauce.

Ingredients

Mollusks and crustaceans 53%: mussels in shell clams in shell, shrimp tails (shrimps, antioxidant: sodium metabisulfite), deshelled mussels, squids, shrimp tails (shrimps, antioxidant: sodium metabisulfite), water, diced tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, hake fish garlic, white wine (contains sulfites), tomato puree, salt, parsley, yeast extract, red pepper. GLUTEN FREE.

How to use it!
Cook 300g of pasta in salted boil water. We suggest spaghetti or linguine if you like long pasta, or farfalle or pennette if you prefer short pasta. Put the frozen sauce in a large pan. Cover and cook for 4 minutes over medium heat, uncover and cook for 3 more minutes, stirring frequently. Drain the pasta firm and pour it in the pan. Sauté the pasta with the sauce for 1-2 minutes over medium heat, stirring carefully to mix well. For a bolder taste add chili pepper or black pepper.
