Preheat oven to 150C, pour 200g of water and 45-50g of EVO onto the baking pan and add the frozen product. Wait for oven to heat up to set temperature and bake for 9 minutes.
Pour the frozen product in a non-stick pan with 200 g of water and 45-50 g of EVO. Cover and cook for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
