Italian rice and a colourful mix of veggies: ready in a few minutes, this combination will be perfect served cold as appetizer!

Partially cooked rice 50% (rice, water, salt), carrots, corn, red-kidney beans, grilled peppers, peas, green beans, Edamame SOY, grilled onions, broccoli.

Directions

Convection Oven

8 min

Put the frozen product onto a baking pan with a drizzle of oil in a preheated (160C) convection oven. Wait for the oven to reach the set temperature and bake for 8 minutes. Use as desired.

Pan

7 min

Pour the frozen product in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil, cover and cook for 7 minutes over medium heat. Use as desired.

Steam Oven

4 min

Put the frozen product onto a perforated pan in a steam oven at 98C. Wait for the oven to heat up to 98C and steam for 4 minutes. Remove the product from the oven and use as desired.
