Organic Swiss Chard (Whole Leaf Portions)

Orogel grows its Swiss Chard exclusively in Italy, and only in some areas of Emilia-Romagna and Puglia having the most suitable soil and climate conditions. It is perfect to make the filling for savoury pies and stuffed pasta, like ravioli.

It is handy and easy-to-dose, as it was deep frozen in convenient ready-to-use portions.

Pour the product in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil. Put the lid on and cook for 13 minutes over medium heat, then use it as you prefer.

Pour the product in some salted boiling water without thawing. Then wait for the water to start boiling again and cook for 12 minutes. Drain, squeeze water out and use as you prefer.
Steam Oven

Place the product on a perforated baking pan without thawing, and put it in a steam oven at 98 °C. Wait for the temperature to rise again and cook for 12 minutes. Take it out of the oven, squeeze dry gently and use as you prefer.
