Directions

Pan

14 min

Pour the product in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil without thawing. Put the lid on and cook for 14 minutes over medium heat. Add salt to taste and use as desired.

Pot

12 min

Pour the product into boiling salted water without thawing. Wait for the water to start boiling again and cook for 12 minutes. Drain and use as desired.

Microwave

3 min

Prepare a portion of frozen product of 125 g, pour the product in a microwave-safe container, cover with lid and cook at 800 W for 3 minutes.

Steam Oven

12 min

Spread the frozen product on a perforated tray and put in a steam oven at 98°C. Wait for the restoration of the temperature and cook 12 minutes. Remove from oven and use as desired.
