Pour the frozen Buon Minestrone in salted boiling water. Wait for water to boil and cook for 15 minutes. For a medium density Minestrone use equal amounts of water and vegetables.

8 minutes
Pour the frozen Buon Minestrone in the cooker with water, add salt and lock the lid. Cook for 8 minutes from the whistle. For a medium density Minestrone use 400 g of water and 450 g of vegetables.
