Pulses (chickpeas 33% and black lentils 10% in the soup, borlotti beans), water, tomato sauce, shallot, extra virgin olive oil 2%, onion, carrot, celery, salt, rosemary, garlic. Produced in a plant that also processes broad beans. GLUTEN FREE

According to nutritional recommendations, it is advisable to reduce the use of salt. So, we use only very little quantities to make our products.

Pour the soup with Chickpeas and Black Lentils in a large enough pot without thawing, and add 1/2 a glass of water (100 ml). Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes after it has come to a boil, keeping the lid on and stirring occasionally.

Tasty Tips
Pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and add some ground black pepper on the Chickpeas and Black Lentils soup before serving if you want to enhance and intensify its taste. You may also add some pasta to the soup, just remember to increase the amount of water. Fresh egg pasta, such as maltagliati or other short-cut pasta, is the perfect match for pulses.
