Italian Battered Onion Rings and Flakes pre-fried in sunflower oil. The special batter gives you only the best crunchy and golden onions, for your appetizers and side-dishes!

Ingredients

Onion 50%, corn flour, water, sunflower oil, wheat flour, salt, natural flavors. It may contain traces of: MUSTARD, EGGS, MILK, FISH, SHELLFISH, CRUSTACEANS, CELERY and SOY.

Arrange the frozen onion rings in a single layer onto a baking pan, in a preheated (205C) convection oven. Wait for the oven to reach the set temperature and bake for 14 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time, flip over each onion ring to ensure even crisping and browning.

Pour the frozen product in boiling hot oil (180C), fry for 5/6 minutes, until the desired goldening is reached. Leave the onion rings to dry on kitchen paper and serve.
