Breaded Aubergine Rounds are crunchy and delicious. Pre-fried with sunflower oil, they can be used as finger food or appetizer!

Ingredients

Aubergines 48%, corn flour, water, sunflower oil, wheat flour, wheat starch, salt, paprika, turmeric. May contain traces of egg and milk and derivatives.

Put the frozen product onto a baking pan in a preheated (200C) convection oven. Wait for the oven to reach the set temperature and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the product from the oven, add some salt and serve.

Pour the frozen product in hot oil (180C), fry for 3 minutes until it’s golden and crispy, drain and pat dry with kitchen paper. Season with salt and serve.
