Convection Oven

Spread the frozen product on a tray and place it in the pre-heated ventilated oven at 190°C. Wait until the temperature reaches the setting and cook for 8 minutes.

Pan

Pour the frozen product in a non-stick pan, cook for 9 minutes at medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.

Microwave

3 min

Prepare a portion of frozen product of 150g, pour the product in a microwave-safe container, cover with lid and cook at 800 W for 3 minutes.
