Orogel Spinach Maxi Burgers are an innovative recipe to bring to your table all the nutrients and flavour of spinach. They are perfect if you like veggie burgers!

Ingredients

Spinach 61%, sunflower oil, breadcrumbs (type "0" soft wheat flour, brewer's yeast, salt), egg white, potato flakes, Grana Padano cheese (milk, salt, rennet, egg white lysozyme), natural carrot fibre, salt, white pepper. May contain traces of MUSTARD and SOY.

Directions

Convection Oven

Spread the frozen product on a tray and place in the pre-heated ventilated oven at 190°C. Wait until the temperature reaches the setting and cook for 9 minutes. Remove from oven, add salt as desired and serve.

Deep Fryer

5 min

Pour the frozen product into the fryer with boiling oil at 160°C for 5 minutes and cook until golden brown. Add salt as desired and serve.

Griddle

8 min

Heat the plate at 240 °C, place the still frozen product, close the plate and cook for 8 minutes.
