Convection Oven

Preheat the oven to 210°C. Place the product on the oven rack lined with baking paper without thawing. Put the rack at medium altitude. Cook for 9 minutes turning the product halfway through the cooking. If you want a crispier product, cook for an additional 2 minutes.
12 minutes
Put the product in a non-stick pan with a tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil without thawing. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, keeping the lid on and stirring a couple of times. Take the lid off and cook for another 4 minutes stirring frequently and gently.
