Preheat the oven to 210°C. Place the burgers on the oven rack lined with baking paper without thawing. Put the rack at medium altitude. Cook for 12 minutes turning the product halfway through the cooking. If using a conventional oven, increase the cooking time by 1 minute.

Heat up a non-stick pan and place the burgers in the pan without thawing. Cook over low heat for 8 minutes, keeping the lid on and turning the burgers a couple of times. Take the lid off and cook for another 3 minutes, turning frequently.
