Veggie Mini Flan "Le Meraviglie"

Taste, colour and health are the stars of the latest Orogel's production entitled "Le Meraviglie", tiny vegetable flans in three different toothsome versions: Spinach and Cheese, Vegetables and Grilled Vegetables. They can be prepared in a pan, in the oven or microwaved for few minutes, and they are the ideal choice for a healthy and original meal rich in taste but low in fat.

Source of fibers and proteins.
Rich in Vitamin A.

Ingredients

Vegetables 89% (sweet potatoes, green beans, broccoli, carrots, peas, corn), sunflower oil, modified corn starch, cheese Grana Padano DOP 3%(contains egg-white lysozyme), egg powder, salt. May contain traces of: celery, soy, cereals containing gluten.

Place the frozen product onto a sheet of baking paper and place it directly over the oven rack in the middle of your oven. Bake in the oven at 220 °C for 9 minutes. Turn the product halfway cooking.

Place some baking paper in a non sticking pan, heat and place the frozen product, in a single layer. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, turning them once. Remove the lid and cook for another 4 minutes, turning now and then.

5 minutes
Place the sealed bag on a microwave safe dish with back sealing facing up. Put it in the microwave oven and cook for 5 minutes. After cooking remove the dish from the oven, wait 1-2 minutes before opening the bag. Increase cooking time by 1 minute every 100 watt of lower power.
