Il mix di tre colori (giallo, verde e arancione) e la varietà di ingredienti, dalle verdure alla quinoa, dalla curcuma ai semi di zucca e di girasole, rendono questo prodotto invitante e versatile.

Place the frozen veggie balls in a sheet of baking parchment and place it directly on the grill. Put in the preheated oven at 210° C (in the middle) and cook for 9 minutes. Stire halway through cooking. Cook for more 2 minutes if you want them gold and crispy.

Pour the frozen veggie balls in a non-sticking pan with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring now and then. Remove the lid and cook for 4 minutes, stirring them gently.
