Convection Oven

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Place the flans on the oven rack lined with baking paper without thawing. Put the rack at medium altitude. Cook for 13 minutes turning the product halfway through the cooking. If using a conventional oven, increase the cooking time by 1 minute.

Line a non-stick pan with baking paper. Heat up the pan and place the flans in one layer without thawing. Cook over low heat for 7 minutes, keeping the lid on and turning them once. Take the lid off and cook for another 5 minutes turning them frequently.
