Quinoa with Veggie and Goji Berries

Quinoa is native to the Andes, where it was first cultivated thousands of years ago and still consumed nowadays. Being not a cereal, it is naturally gluten-free. Goji berries are bright orange-red berries that are native to the Tibetan plateau. Dietary guidelines recommend a daily intake of high-fiber food like Quinoa with vegetables and Goji berries, also rich in proteins!

Partially cooked quinoa 35% (quinoa cultivated in Perù, water), carrots, green beans, grilled peppers, corn, peas, red onion, zucchini, Goji berries 3%.

Pour the frozen Quinoa with veggies in a non-stick pan with a tablespoon of EVO, two tablespoons of water and a pinch of salt, if desired. Cover and cook for 4 minutes. Uncover and cook for 3 more minutes, stirring occasionally.

Microwavable bag: place the sealed bag on a microwave safe dish with back sealing facing up. Insert it in the oven and cook for 5 minutes (steaming will make the bag swell up). After cooking remove the dish from the oven, wait 5 minutes before opening the bag. Pour the 5 CEREAL SALAD in a container, toss delicately and use as desired. Increase cooking time by 1 minute every 100 watt of lower power. CAUTION: do not open or puncture the bag before putting it in the microwave oven. After cooking the bag will be hot, touch it only at the ends.
