Ingredients
Peas 75%, vegetable broth mix (vegetable oil, flavorings, water, salt), smoked ham 5% (pork meat, water, salt, dextrose, flavorings, stabilizers: Pentapotassium triphosphate, potassium polyphosphates; antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservatives: sodium nitrite), onion, sunflower oil. Produced in a facility that also processes: cereals containing gluten, celery, milk and product thereof, soy, eggs, fish, crustaceans, mollusks.

Pour the frozen Peas and ham in a non-stick pan with 1 tablespoon of EVO and 1 tablespoon of water. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cooking times provided are merely indicative.
Microwave

Place the sealed bag on a plate, with back sealing facing up. Put it in the microwave oven and cook for 5 minutes. When the cooking process is complete remove the plate from the oven, wait 1-2 minutes prior to open the bag. Pour the Peas and ham on a dish and stir. Increase cooking time 1 minute every 100 watt of less power.
