WHEAT flour, rehydrated skimmed MILK, EGGS, sunflower seed oil, MILK serum rehydrated, MOZZARELLA 6.2%( pasteurised whole MILK, salt, ferments, rennet), rehydrated MILK whey, WHEAT starch, Emmenthal CHEESE 2% (MILK, salt, ferments, rennet), water, Berkase CHEESE 1% (MILK, rennet, ferments, salt), MILK serum powder, salt, white EGG, Grated cheese( MILK,rennet, salt) brewer's yeast, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid, paprika, natural flavouring: turmeric and paprika. It may contain traces of MUSTARD and SOY.

Convection Oven
10-11 minutes
Preheat oven to 200°C. Arrange the frozen Lunette on the oven grill lined with baking paper and put in the centre of the oven. Cook for 10-11 minutes, flip once halfway through cooking. In conventional oven increase cooking time by 2 minutes.
6 minutes
Put the frozen Lunette in pan with a small amount of hot oil and cook for 6 minutes over medium heat, flipping them frequently until the desired crunchiness.
Deep Fryer
3-4 minutes
Heat the oil in the fryer to 175°C, pour the frozen Lunette and fry for 3-4 minutes, flipping them until golden. Drain well on kitchen paper and serve.
