Rehydrated skimmed MILK, WHEAT flour, EGG, sunflower oil, MOZZARELLA 6.2%, rehydrated MILK serum, CHEESE 3,3% (emmenthal, bergkase, grated CHEESE) salt, rehydrated MILK powder, brewer’s yeast, sugar, turmeric, paprika.

Convection Oven
10-11 minuti
Preheat oven to 200°C. Arrange the frozen Lunette on the oven grill lined with baking paper and put in the centre of the oven. Cook for 10-11 minutes, flip once halfway through cooking. In conventional oven increase cooking time by 2 minutes.
6 minutes
Put the frozen Lunette in pan with a small amount of hot oil and cook for 6 minutes over medium heat, flipping them frequently until the desired crunchiness.
Deep Fryer
3-4 minuti
Heat the oil in the fryer to 175°C, pour the frozen Lunette and fry for 3-4 minutes, flipping them until golden. Drain well on kitchen paper and serve.
