Mushroom Pizza

A crunchy margherita garnished with a toothsome mushroom mix. Perfect for a nibble or a vegetarian dinner.


Wheat flour, mozzarella 23% (milk, salt, lactic acid bacteria, rennet), mixed mushrooms 19% (mushrooms in varying proportion 93% (17% of the finished product): cultivated mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), nameko "butterscotch" mushrooms (Pholiota nameko), shiitake mushrooms (Lentinus edodes), oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus), king bolete mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related group), peeled sticky bun mushrooms (Suillus luteus), sunflower oil, salt, parsley, garlic); water, durum wheat semolina, extra virgin olive oil, salt, brewer's yeast, wheat gluten, malted wheat flour, sugar, oregano. May contain traces of nuts and soy.


Convection Oven
8-10 minutes
Take the pizza out of the box and let it thaw for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, heat the oven to a temperature of about 220° C. Put the pizza in the central part of the oven and bake it for 8-10 minutes, or rather until the mozzarella has melted.
