Grilled Courgette Slices

Deep-frozen sliced courgettes are wonderfully versatile: ready in just a few minutes in a convection oven, they are perfect as a side dish and as a topping for pizzas or filling for vegetarian sandwiches. Try to cook them in mason jars, too!
