Deep Frozen food preparation based on potato
INGREDIENTS: Potato 87%, bread crumbs (wheat flour, natural yeast, salt), potato flakes (potato, emulsifier e471), wheat starch, not hydrogenated palm oil, salt, stabilizer e461, wheat dextrose, white pepper, onion, natural flavouring. INSTRUCTIONS: Requires cooking. On the cooktop: fry the croquettes, still frozen, in very hot oil, turning frequently until done. In the fryer (175 C): bring oil to 175 C and pour the potato crocchetes still frozen. Do not stir the product for the first minute, then fry normally for 4-5 minutes.

Put the frozen product onto a baking pan with a drizzle of oil in a preheated (205C) convection oven. Wait for oven to heat up to set temperature and bake for 12 minutes. Remove product from oven and serve.
Pour the frozen product in boiling hot oil (185C), fry for 8 minutes, until the potato croquettes become crispy and golden. Drain, pat dry, and serve.
