Directions

Convection Oven

20 min

Spread the frozen product on a try with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and place in the pre-heated ventilated oven at 180°C. Wait for the restoration of the temperature and cook for 20 minutes. Use as desired.

Pot

16 min

Pour the frozen product in salted boiling water, wait until the water return to a boil and cook 16 minutes. Use as desired.

Microwave

Prepare a portion of frozen product of 150g, pour the product in a microwave-safe container, cover with lid and cook at 800 W for 5 minutes.

Steam Oven

18 min

Spread the frozen product on a perforated tray and put in a steam oven at 98°C. Wait for the restoration of the temperature and cook 18 minutes. Remove from oven and use as desired.
