Sweet Potato Sticks

Put the product in a baking pan with a drizzle of oil without thawing, then put it in a hot convection oven at 190 °C. Wait for the temperature to rise again and cook for 15 minutes.

Pour the product in boiling oil at 175°C without thawing. Deep-fry for 6 minutes until it gets golden brown and crispy. Strain accurately and dry it out with paper towels. Add salt to taste and serve.

Place the product on a perforated baking pan without thawing, and put it in a steam oven at 98 °C. Wait for the temperature to rise again and cook for 6 minutes. Take it out of the oven, and use as you prefer.
