Orogel Borage is cultivated exclusively in Italy, in our member farmers lands and in the most suitable regions. A traditional product of the Italian cuisine, borage is perfect to prepare savoury recipes.
Pour the frozen product in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil, cover and cook for 20 minutes over medium heat. Use as desired.
Pour the frozen product in salted boiling water, wait for water to boil and cook for 5 minutes, drain lightly squeeze and use as desired.
Put the frozen product on a perforated pan, place it in the steam oven at 98C and bake for 10 minutes. Remove product from oven, squeeze it slightly and use as desired.
