Broad Beans

Because of their sweet flavour, Orogel Broad Beans go perfectly with bitter veggies, as for example chicory. They can be served steamed, with olive oil and salt, or in a salad with pecorino cheese dices.

Directions

Pan

Pour the frozen product into a pan with a little extra-virgin olive oil and 1/4 litre of water, put the lid on and cook 8 minutes over medium heat. Use as desired.

Pot

4 min

Pour the frozen product in salted boiling water, wait until the water returns to a boil and cook 4 minutes. Use as desired.

Microwave

3 min

Prepare a portion of frozen product of 100g, pour the product in a microwave-safe container, cover with lid and cook at 800 W for 3 minutes.

Steam Oven

5 min

Spread the frozen product on a perforated tray and put it in a steam oven at 98°C. Wait for the restoration of the temperature and cook 5 minutes. Remove from oven and use as desired.
