Pan

Pour the frozen product into a pan with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil and 5 tablespoons of water, cover with lid and cook 18 minutes over medium heat. Use as desired.

Pot

14 min

Pour the frozen product in salted boiling water, wait until the water returns to a boil and cook 14 minutes. Drain and use as desired.

Microwave

4 min

Prepare a portion of frozen product of 125g, pour the product in a microwave-safe container, cover with lid and cook at 800 W for 4 minutes.

Steam Oven

12 min

Spread the frozen product on a perforated tray and put in a steam oven at 98°C. Wait for the restoration of the temperature and cook 12 minutes. Remove from oven, drain and use ad desired.
