Directions

Convection Oven

Preheat the oven to 180C. Put the onions on to a baking tray making sure they don’t overlap and bake for 18 minutes.

Pan

Put the onions onto a non stick baking pan with a drizzle of EVO, cover and cook for 18 minutes, stirring occasionally.
