Directions

Pan

Pour the frozen product into a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and 3 tablespoons of water, put the lid on and cook 6 minutes over medium heat. Use as desired.

Microwave

3 min

Prepare a portion of frozen product of 100g, pour the product in a microwave-safe container, cover with lid and cook at 800 W for 3 minutes.

Steam Oven

4 min

Spread the frozen product on a perforated tray and put it in a steam oven at 98°C. Wait for the restoration of the temperature and cook 4 minutes.. Remove from oven and use as desired.
