Orogel Savoy Cabbage can be used in plenty of ways. You can cook it and season it as you prefer. It is the ideal side dish to any meat course, and, in particular, it matches perfectly pork meat. It is also perfect to make a typical Italian soup with rice: brown some onion with bacon dices, add the Savoy Cabbage and cook for 5-10 minutes. Then, add some water or broth, the rice and let it cook. Garnish with some grated Parmigiano. If you add Savoy Cabbage to some roasted sausages, you'll get a delicious main course.
