Put Flat Green Beans and Potatoes in a pan without thawing. Add a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons of water and a pinch of salt to taste. Cook for 6 minutes keeping the lid on. Then take the lid off and cook for another 2 minutes stirring frequently.
Place the closed bag on a plate, with the back seal facing upwards. Put the plate in the microwave and cook for 7 minutes. After cooking, remove plate and bag from the microwave, and wait for another 1-2 minutes before opening it. Pour the Flat Green Beans and Potatoes in a bowl and use them as you prefer. If the microwave power is lower, cooking time should increase by 1 minute for every 100 Watts. WARNING: do not open or pierce the bag before microwaving. The bag is very hot after cooking; touch it only at the edges.
Flat Green Beans and Potatoes are quite a classic matching: they are perfect as side dish, seasoned with some oil, salt and chopped herbs to taste. If you prefer stronger tastes, cook the Flat Green Beans and Potatoes in some tomato sauce prepared with garlic, tomatoes, and chopped basil added after cooking.
