Bruschetta with smoked scamorza

Bruschetta is a real guarantee if you have guests for dinner. Try this recipe with scamorza and veggies for a surprising appetizer!

Pour the oil and the CREA TU mix in a frying pan. Put the lid on and cook over a medium heat for 7 minutes stirring occasionally during cooking. Meanwhile, toast the bread slices in the oven.
Garnish the bread slices with the previously cooked vegetable mix, put the sliced scamorza cheese on top and bake until it melts. Serve immediately.
