Chicken in coconut milk and curry with fragrant bread croutons

If you love curry, this recipe will be a nice one to add to your spicy favourite dishes.

  1. Slice the carrot and cut the chicken into small dices or strips. Put the chicken, the curry, and the CREA TU mix in a pan and sauté for a few minutes.
  2. Add the coconut milk and the cream. Stir well. Cook over a medium heat without the lid until creamy.
  3. Chop the herbs and put them on the bread slices with a little oil and toast them in a pan. Arrange the slices onto a plate and garnish with the vegetable and chicken mix.
