Chicken in coconut milk and curry with fragrant bread croutons
If you love curry, this recipe will be a nice one to add to your spicy favourite dishes.
- Slice the carrot and cut the chicken into small dices or strips. Put the chicken, the curry, and the CREA TU mix in a pan and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add the coconut milk and the cream. Stir well. Cook over a medium heat without the lid until creamy.
- Chop the herbs and put them on the bread slices with a little oil and toast them in a pan.
Arrange the slices onto a plate and garnish with the vegetable and chicken mix.
