Flatten the chicken breast slices with a meat tenderizer to make them all rather thin (3/4 mm). Place a slice of bacon on the cutting board, then a slice of chicken breast, another slice of bacon and two pieces of mozzarella cheese in the middle. Roll the meat tightly and close each roll with a toothpick.
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, add the peeled and crushed garlic, and sauté for a few seconds. Add the rolls, the wine and a handful of sage leaves. Simmer with wine and allow the alcohol to evaporate. Continue turning the rolls until golden brown.
Remove them from the pan and pour in the Crea Tu mix. Cook for 5 minutes keeping the lid on, then put the rolls back in the pan, and continue cooking for another 5 minutes with the lid on.
It is important that the chicken rolls are moist: so, add water if they get too dry or remove the lid if too much moisture is created.
