Grate the orange peel and squeeze out the juice. Crush the garlic clove and put it in a frying pan with extra virgin olive oil to let it brown. Pour the beef strips in and, after the temperature has risen again, add the wine, the olives, the CREA TU mix, and the orange juice. Cook for a few minutes.
Allow the juice to evaporate and add the grated peel. Cook for a few minutes and serve.
