Peppered mussels with Edamame soybeans

The original recipe for mussel soup has only two ingredients: mussels and pepper. Try adding our Edamame Soya to make this delicious dish even tastier and more original!
Main Courses


  1. Pour the Edamame soybeans in a large pot with a drizzle of EVO and 1/2 glass of water. Cook over medium heat for a few minutes.
  2. Add the thoroughly cleaned mussels, cover and cook over a high heat.
  3. Allow the mussels to open, add plenty of black pepper and serve hot.
