Method

  1. Sauté the grilled vegetable mix in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Cook the mini burgers in the convection oven at 220°C for about 10 minutes.
  3. Serve the burgers with the grilled vegetable mix and some BBQ sauce on the side.
