5 cereal salad with vegetables and salmon
- 320 g 5 Grains Salad with Vegetables
- 200 g di smoked salmon slices
- 100 g mesclun
- 4 strawberries
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Line the single portion moulds with smoked salmon slices.
- Toss the 5 grains salad and vegetables in a pan with oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Fill the lined moulds with the 5 grains salad, put it on a serving plate and garnish with mesclun and a strawberry cut into flower.
