Souffléed frittata with cheese and spinach

Spinach Rich Taste is a typical side dish of the Italian cooking tradition. It can be matched to plenty of other specialities, but you can also use it as an ingredient to make delectable recipes, like this souffléed frittata.
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g Orogel Spinach Rich Taste
  • 40 g Fontina (or Edam) cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of grated Parmigiano
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • salt and pepper
Main Courses


  1. Microwave Spinach Rich Taste following the instructions on the package.
  2. Beat the eggs with a fork in a bowl, then add some Parmigiano, milk and diced cheese. Add some salt and pepper.
  3. Then add the spinach and pour the mixture in an oven-proof dish after oiling it. Cook in a hot oven at 180 °C for 10 minutes.
