Basmati rice salad with prawns and curry, thyme and Condirè
- 320 g basmati rice
- 12 shelled and deveined prawns
- 1 tbs curry
- 2 thyme sprigs
- 300 g Orogel Condirè
- extra virgin olive oil
- white pepper
Pasta and Rice Courses
- Cook the basmati rice in abundant salted water and let it cool.
- Brown the prawns in a little oil, drizzle with white wine and add the curry.
- Remove the prawns. put the Condirè in the pan, heat for 4 minutes and leave it to cool.
- Season the basmati rice together with prawns and Condirè with thyme and dress with EVO. Garnish with a few basil leaves.
