Basmati rice salad with prawns and curry, thyme and Condirè

  • 320 g basmati rice
  • 12 shelled and deveined prawns
  • 1 tbs curry
  • 2 thyme sprigs
  • 300 g Orogel Condirè
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • white pepper

  1. Cook the basmati rice in abundant salted water and let it cool.
  2. Brown the prawns in a little oil, drizzle with white wine and add the curry.
  3. Remove the prawns. put the Condirè in the pan, heat for 4 minutes and leave it to cool.
  4. Season the basmati rice together with prawns and Condirè with thyme and dress with EVO. Garnish with a few basil leaves.
