Country style Maltagliati with sausage strips, friarielli and parmesan cream
300 g flour
100 g country style greens Orogel
100 g Orogel Friarielli
1 garlic clove
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
200 g skinned sausage
1 dl white wine
1 chili pepper
2 dl fresh cream
100 g grated Parmesan
Pasta and Risotto
Prepare the maltagliati mixing eggs, flour and the previously thawed vegetables, drain, squeeze and blend with the mixer. Allow the dough to rest for half an hour then roll out dough into strips and cut them in diamond-shaped pieces.
Prepare a pan with oil and garlic, add chili pepper and the sausage, brown, drizzle with wine and cook for 5 minutes. Saute the friarielli for 5 minutes and squeeze them. Put them in the center of the dish in a round shape.
Cook the sautéed maltagliati with the sausage, pour over the friarielli. Heat the cream, add parmesan cheese and pour the cream over the malatagliati.
