Salad with baby spinach, country-style carrots and marinated feta cheese
A colourful and tasty salad, which can also be an ideal main course if you complement it with some focaccia or wholemeal breadsticks. A mouthwatering alternative that you can serve at lunch break.
Cut the feta cheese into small cubes and season with some oil, chopped chives, a pinch of chilli pepper and pink peppercorn.

Season the baby spinach with some drops of oil and lemon. Place them on a plate, then put the carrots, feta and olives in the centre. Garnish the salad with some pink peppercorn and serve.
