Swordfish is a must in the Mediterranean cuisine. Try it with Crea Tu Aubergines, Olives, and Semi-dry Cherry Tomatoes.
450 g swordfish
1 box CREA TU Aubergines, Olives, and Semi-dry Cherry Tomatoes
80 g caper flowers
1 garlic clove
10 cl dry white wine
extra virgin olive oil
Cut the swordfish into cubes, after removing its skin and the tougher central part; then, dip the cubes in flour.
Pour a little oil into a large pan and brown the garlic with a little chilli pepper; as soon as it is golden, add the swordfish cubes and let them brown.
Add salt to taste, simmer with wine and let it evaporate.
Add the CREA TU mix and cook for 6 minutes without a lid.
Remove from the heat, add a few whole and a few chopped caper flowers and some fresh parsley.
