Contorno Amico with pork loin rolls and speck

A complete main course with a particular taste: a colourful vegetable mix paired with pork loin, ready in few minutes thanks to the mason jar cooking, an excellent technique to save time but prepare excellent dishes.
  • 150 g Orogel Contorno Amico
  • 4 thin slices of pork loin
  • 2 slices of speck
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of acacia honey
  • 1 pinch of fennel seeds
  • extra virgin olive oil
Main Courses


  1. Mix honey with a tablespoon of lemon juice, crushed fennel seeds, thyme leaves and two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Put half slice of speck on each slice of pork loin then roll them. Brush the meat rolls with the honey emulsion and let them rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Put the vegetables and pork loin rolls in the jar, then add a sprig of thyme and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil on top. Put the lid on and microwave for 4 minutes at 750 Watts.
