Terrine with grilled vegetables, ricotta and almond pesto
An appetizing side dish which is very quick to prepare thanks to the mason jar cooking, a perfect technique if you are looking for innovative solutions to meet the requirements of any customer.
- Put the almond and basil into the blender and mix for a few seconds, then add two tablespoons of oil, the grated Parmigiano and some salt.
- Blend until the ingredients have completely mixed and the pesto is smooth.
- Put the Grilled Vegetable Trio in Sticks, some ricotta pieces and drops of pesto into the jar alternately. Put the lid on and microwave for 3 minutes at 750 Watts.
