Bream filet flavored with orange and black pepper asparagus.

Ingredients
  • 4 Bream filet 180 g each
  • 600 g Orogel small asparagus
  • 4 tbs orange juice
  • 1 orange zest
  • dry white wine
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • ground black pepper

Method
  1. Sautè the frozen asparagus in pan with a little EVO, season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a baking pan lined with baking paper, lay the filets skin down and add a pinch of salt.
  3. Combine a tablespoon of EVO and the orange juice in a bowl and stir vigorously. Sprinkle the sauce and drizzle with white wine. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes, add the asparagus and bake for a few minutes.
  4. Arrange the dish with the asparagus, the fish filets and the orange peel and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
