Deep-freezing is a process that allows us to take the best of what each season has to offer to make a deep-frozen product in which all the nutritional properties of freshly picked vegetables are preserved.


Vegetables are harvested when their vitamin and mineral contents are at their peak, and are shipped to the closest processing plant within a few hours. Then, the vegetables are washed, cut and blanched for a few seconds to prevent the action of enzymes from deteriorating the product.


At that point, vegetables are ready for deep-freezing: cold temperatures preserve them in the best way and for a very long time with no need to add any preservative.
